Hi, I'm Alex! I started this blog in 2012 as a creative outlet after being made redundant. Bake the pie crust for 15 minutes it'll start to darken in color a bit. Press the crumbs into the bottom and up the sides of the pie pan. We polished it off in two sittings! If you want to bake more, why not try these melting moments, also from Mary Berry’s Baking Bible! Make the crust by stirring together all of the crust ingredients, mixing until thoroughly combined. It was delicious and didn’t take long to disappear. The lighting isn’t great but here is the finished key lime pie.
